We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

All online orders are processed and shipped from our store in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Shipping Origin address for all online orders is:

Receipt of goods Requirements:

 

All deliveries shipped require customer’s signature upon receipt. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time.

 

 

 

  • How do you determine the way my order will be shipped?

 

We will determine the best method of shipping depending on product and need. Once order is shipped we will provide a tracking number for your reference.

 

 

 

  • How do you determine shipping costs?

 

The rate charged for the shipping of all orders with a subtotal less than $300.00 will be 10%.  All orders with a subtotal greater than $300.00 will have shipping fees waived. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

 

 

  • Can shipping be expedited?

 

Sure, we just ask that you pay the additional shipping fees and we will ship as you wish.

  • Back Orders

 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

 

 

  • One of a Kind Unique Pieces:

 

You are taking a chance of these items selling in our stores. We keep the website updated and have a gallery of our sold pieces. Should an item happen to sell in the store prior to your purchase; We refund all monies within 72 hours. There may be further delay in processing depending on the bank.

  • How do I return my product?

 

You may return UNUSED products within 7 days or your purchase if they do not meet your requirements. First, you must contact us at info@hpsmokeshop.com and get a return shipping label from us. Next, carefully package your items the same way they arrived. Be sure that all glass items are completely surrounded and cocooned with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. In the event a return comes back to us broken, no refund will be issued until a USPS claim is filed and paid out.

 

 

 

  • Does The Honey Pot Smoke Shop, Inc accept USED PRODUCTS to be returned or exchanged?

 

No. We absolutely 100% WILL NOT accept used product returns. If it looks or smells like it was used, it will be thrown out immediately and no refund will be issued. There are no exceptions to this policy.

 

 

 

  • I received the wrong product.

 

If you received the wrong product(s), give us a call within 48 hours of receiving your package. DO NOT USE THE ITEMS. If you use the items, we cannot replace them. Once you contact us, our team will decide whether to issue a return shipping label and have you send the item back, or let you keep it and send you the correct item.

 

 

 

  • What is your return policy?

 

We understand the frustration of receiving something you ordered online and not being happy with it. To help alleviate your hesitancy to shop online, we offer a 7 day guarantee on UNUSED items. If you are unhappy with your item, let us know and we’ll issue a refund. All preference based returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee  Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return items if the return is due to preference. If there was a mistake in the order or an item came broken, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. Perishable items and gift cards can not be returned. All items on sale are also not returnable.

  • Can I change my order after I’ve made my purchase?

 

Yes, but only before it is packed. If you need to make a change to your order, contact us immediately by phone or email. Once your order is packed it cannot be changed.

 

 

 

  • How long does it take for a refund to be returned to my account?

 

Refunds should appear in your account in 1-3 business days. This mostly depends on your banks policy.
